So its been a while since I've posted here, but thought I would share this video put together by the Morningtide Fishing boys of a recent trip I did back to Southern Oman with No Boundaries... the final week of season, Reef Raiders 2017...


This was my 5th trip back in 4 years, and probably the best of them all... worth a watch..


Normally our trips are 100% boat based popping for GT's and all manner of other creatures that Southern Oman can throw at you.. This year Ed put together a very special trip for Reef Raiders, which is an invite trip he does twice a season, for opening and closing weeks of his years fishing season.. I've been fortune to be invited to the last 4 opening season Reef Raiders, but this was the first time I was able to make an April trip, which is typically BIG GT season..


The main aim this trip, was to try and chase the monster GT's around the offshore islands from the rocks... A huge mission to make this happen, and hats off to Ed for pulling it off, and for having me along...
Thought I'd share this here in the shore angling section as it might give you lads a kick...

I saw you were running round Oman on the ebbtide blog... Nice one. Must have been an absolute blast.

Watched the video last night, what an awesome experience!


Been following the guys from Morningtide fishing for a while now and I must say, I'm VERY jealous of what they have achieved spinning from shore so far..
