Just to make you guys :envy , tomorrow morning at 5am we depart Durbs for the mountains around Lake St Bernard for or annual trip!
10 of us going this time, so sure there will be some awesome fish caught! Will post a report during the course of next week..
Have heard from some reliable sources that some good fish between 3- 4 kg's have been caught already this season...
Fingers are crossed!!
Im still looking for the elusive 10 pounder!!

winter is arriving this weekend. big winds predicted for Thursday/Friday but its howling here already so might blow through a bit quicker. Pack a few extra bottles of fire water in case though

we got a few fish, but nowhere near as many as we normally do!
We battled and i think it was down to the massive front that came through!
Alot of smaller fish were caught with the biggest being 2.2kg's, normally we always get fish around the 3.5kg mark...
total of about 50 fish caught over 4 days of fishing!
