Title: Couta Crock from the bricks!

I was blessed this morning!


Rod - Black Hole Cape Cod 8,6
Reel - Stella 14K
Line - JB Hollow 100lb with 80lb fisherman leader and 60lb bite trace.
Lure - Darkstar Wahoo 80 stickbait


Fish hit the stickbait and became airborne.


I still need to look at the GoPro video and hope I can share the fight.


This is a dream fish...


145cm in lenght and weighed in at 25kg

Looking at the GoPro video i doubt I will load it as its still dark with just the silhouette of the rod visible and the stella screaming...


What I can tell you was that the fight lasted 4.30min but felt like an eternity.


Low tide was just past 6:00 this morning making for an interesting scenario landing the fish but everything worked out nicely ...

Casted for about 90min this morning with nothing to show.


Not even a bump.


Now its working 6:00-18:00 till next Thursday afternoon and be on the rocks again next Friday morning.
