Hi Spinnerman , the Green on the sides of the plugs .
1 . is it just your favorite ?
2. Did you test a couple of colours , red ? Blues ?
3.is that a Triple Spit ring ? or a Swivel with the hook setup ?
:-)

Hi Lenny,
Have to confess, I'm a bit stuck on green. Happened in Madagascar when the fish were thick. Between Richard and I we tried a whole host of new colours that we were busy developing. There is no doubt that green, especially glow green, was better than all the rest. Certainly with Iron Candies and the same seems to be the case on Plugs although I have caught a lot of fish on plain white as well. I fish a lot with a split ring, swivel, split ring, to the hook. It avoids bite-offs and allows an off-set hook to spin behind the plug.
Regards,
Barry

Nat I know the first two , are Needle nose plugs , I they do come in a few sizes from 1.5 ounce and up to well I would guess the bigger ones are up to 6 maybe 7 ounce , if I am not mistaken .the third one is a flatnose , have a look in the LBG section , Spinnerman has a nice post ans some details on them as to the very similar cousin the Needle nose
And the last one is a Halco Roosta popper , those come in three sizes , not sure the weights , but they have a baby one [never had them locally] which is deadly , recently got a few of them ...
Cant help with the others .
