Spray paint the white ones? The teflon takes a khoki pen quite well - I have done this with many of my teflon plugs... draw eyes on etc

Will give it a shot, wont the paint wear off?

If it does, just spray them again ...  :dunno:

If you lightly sandpaper them, it makes the paint stick longer. But an easier way is to use Khoki pens - the Permanent markers... that way you can touch them up easier...

WOW Bennie, thats a thing of beauty. Is it one of yours?

To answer your question its a little too dark, the Garrick in the EC rivers go crazy for the very dull pink.
Im sure your lure would be VERY good on the brighter days, or near the river mouths in the cleaner water.

Thanks!
Yip, it's one I made. This one weighs 3 1/2 Oz.
I will paint a new one with just a hint of pink!

RE: you colour dilemma, try getting some red dye and dip the plug in there for a while. The material should absorb 1% water and so should absorb a small amount of the red making it pink.

Ironically I have given plenty lures away for guys to test! Then when you go to their house it's on bloody display and they don't want to scratch it. WTF! So now no more freebees!

But for you, I know you will fish with the stuff! Come along, trust me, you don't need money!

Tight lines! :rck"

BENNIE that sounds like a deal. How about this offer then. I will choose a date preferably over a long weekend. Will tow my rig to Maputo where we fish a bit along with Carlos. Can make it an UA Maputo invitational. This way I can get to know Inhaca properly and you can run some tests in person. We can get a few of the usual suspects involved.
