:shre: , may i ask were did you buy this reel from and price. looking to invest in a penn for a long time and this fierce really looks good.
...got mine from Mias up here in JHB  , check Basil Manning web site for availabilty  +/- 600 za rands .. :-)

Unfortunately no , does not come with a spare spool , @ setobla +/- 600 bucks , depending where u shop.

hi,yes I agree about the penn fierce reel,have 1 too,very nice reel for spinning,popping,dropshot and even trawling behind my boat at Gouritz river for kob and garrick.
