Just an update on a good Dec spoiled only by bad weather and half days on the water.
18 Marlin since 10 Dec,  7 first timers on marlin, 2 ladies who caught their first and one that caught a black and blue on her first day.
Pity about the cold counter current of the last week but thats on its way south now with good water moving in.
Went 1-1 on blues today with another first timer in sublime weather..hope it continues!

All caught on lures and on a pretty big variety, have some favourites but they are tucked away for special occasions. if you check the photos there are a few shown here and there.

Got back in Kinshasa yesterday, just working through all the mails and crap and then I'll do a report for the UA members. Thanks for an awseome trip and exceptional experience!
Gents, took my wife on the charter after catching a blue in Kenya in February '11 which gave her the 'viskoors', trying conditions but she managed a dorado, beautiful tuna and a striped marlin. If you are a fisherman that likes to fish with no hassles this is the charter to go on, you walk out of the lodge down a jetty onto the boat!!
