I used to buy Anchovie oil, 500ml, from Mias angling. Mix that with a few cans of tuna(in oil)

Use old sardines bought in 5kg bulk packs, then mix in Oats, Cheap Cat food, Anchovy Oil bought at fishing shops to bulk it up. Freeze it in Ice-cream containers and then u put in your bait box as solid frozen blocks to keep your bait cold and use as you need in a Chum Bag.

This is more or less the same recipe that I got only they said fish oil. I did not even know about anchovy oil. They also said through in some Glitter, the type kids play with.

Thanks for your reply

Glitter = microplastics

No rather don't throw that in LOL! The sardines have scales..the oats is in there for that effect anyway and its edible and tastes all fishy..your chum will be good. Why not just get a few 5kg boxes of pilles, rejects for that? and cube them as needed and start a feed..It is all good.

I'm afraid not an issue any more in Moz.... with all the ex-illegal, now turned licensed and legit, fleet of rusty and decaying industrial fishing vessels from a far east populous country..
