Liqui Moly LM47 grease works a treat on my Daiwa Saltist

This grease really works a treat and I use it on my Carbotex Drag washers too. Just read the specs of this Made in Germany grease and see the properties it has which make it an excellent grease for use in fishing reels.

Howsit Donovann, I used to get the products from any bike spares place. Startline in New Germany and I think some Autozone stores stocked the range.

If you want the best grease and oil in my opinion, go to http://www.corrosionblock.co.za/ they deliver as well. Probably a lot more expensive than the Moly stuff, but designed for Saltwater environments.

Important to use a low viscosity, non sticky, soft grease, right Reefman?

Right. Except for Drag washers... there you need a Teflon based grease.

Shot and no grease on AR bearings unless you want them to die. Use a tiny bit of oil instead.  :tite
