Boats with Lights of the coast Of PE

Good day.

Is there anyone that knows why there is boats with very vible lights of the coast of PE. They seem to be in the bay area, My thinking will be prawn or cray Fish. 

Any Ideas?????

It must be tjokka boats, that come into the bay to get away of the swell and rough sea conditions that is currently in the deep sea.
I LOVE THE SMELL OF FRESH BAIT IN THE MORNING

Growing up in Jhb, the only time we ever saw the "real" night sky was when we went down to our house at the Kleinemonde. The last holiday that I had there before we sold it, there were half a dozen chokka boats about 2 km off shore in the bay for the entire month I was there. They totally destroyed the very beautiful night sky.  The chokka boats seemed like a affirmation for us that it was time to move on.  :vio
