You guys should try a teaspoon of cement and harden the F up  :hyst: :crzy

Shame on crossing the Maputo bay on the 7th my wife and son chummed heavily....... there is just no cure for some albeit probably our worst crossing ever.

A few years back when I still struggled with sea sickness I tried Asics as prescribed by the great Dr Shag. That seemed to help but I still strongly believe that a lot of it, is in the mind. I see it on most outing. Crew freak themselves out so quickly, I quote " Shyte look at that swell", "Wow that's a lot of white horses", "Do you think the sea will be rough?", and my favourite "how's that surf?"   :hyst: :rotfl

By then your mind has lost the battle and you already fighting with yourself until you chuck. Stay calm, enjoy every moment out there and if you start feeling a little hot which for me is the first sign keep yourself cool with water over your head and neck.
that's exactly what I felt when the anesthetic doctor was administrating the ephidural on Anouck for Chloë's delivery...then the labour was sweet
hehe

only felt seasick once when setting up the livies...throw all out and had a nice sandwich after with some soda...I felt great after

Try untangling 300m of FAD rope at sea :craz: :hnthnt:
Just Fish!!!
