Nice Report! I think your Grunter is in fact a White Steenbras unless you call it a grunter for pig nose grunter.....looks like a proper fish!

Nice trip Ian, always have considered taking the back roads when traveling but normally in too much of a rush to get fishing

As for handing the rod to your gillie, I suspect that a lot more rods have been handed over than make it into the reports
