Congratulations to Kieran - 9 years old (FFF son) for making the junior Durban Ski Boat Club team to fish the interclub this weekend. Kieran you are one energetic and well mannered youngster and always willing to learn, a pleasure having on my boat. I wish you all the best. Ant well done bud.

Kieran fished the weekend interclub. Sat was a blow out and sunday 21 teams fished.
The fishing was very hard with dirty green water all over. Was a bit strange watching Kieran launch with other people and head out to sea.
His team managed a 13.4Kg YFT and that placed them in 4th place overall.
I must say for a 9 year old I am very proud that he has no problem fishing with other people all on his own.
He is learning a lot and think he will be able to teach most us a trick or 2 soon.
