Went to Mias Woodmead for Waders but did not have my size

then from there to Benoni. Bought Explorer waders. Here is the rub. Waders marked outside with a price of R2550, found a price tag inside of R1990. Recieved a 30% off the R1990 price. Apparently all nett priced items were 30% off.

I still look like an olive Michelin man though

Get 50% all year round anyway so everyday is sale day for me , thats why i dont know when sale day is ....

I was in Mia's Woodmead on the weekend and asked about the sale. One if the main guys advised me that because of the timing of Ramadan this year, the sale was unlikely to be at the normal time. He said if they do have a sale this year it will probably only be in July or August.

Whether the above is true or was just a ploy to get me to buy what I needed while I was there over the weekend, rather than waiting for the sale, I don't know??? Either way I ended up buying while I was there!

not sure, but have heard woodmead branch having alot of stock on special, from 30 to 50% off, maybe a warm-up/pratice for the big day

Hi Ianf - as per my post from a few weeks ago, Woodmead Mia's told me that they won't have a sale during Ramadan. I was at there again last week and they have signs on the door notifying of reduced trading hours during Ramadan, which tends to support what I was told. Not sure how long Ramadan goes on for, but hopefully there will still be a sale sometime soonish.
