Try a product called Glucerna. Made by the same company that does Ensure. Specifically for diabetes and assists with the weight loss.

Also a mushroom, mostly grown in china, but farmed and processed locally too. There is a place in somerset west doing it but not sure the name, I get mine in bulk from the chinese importers. The mushroom of longevity, Reishi, Ganoderma lucidum. Clears out cholesterol, keeps you blood sugar low, brings down blood pressure, controls auto-immune diseases, treats and prevents cancers, as much activity against HIV as AZT so hence anti-viral, antibiotic (even against hospital bugs), effective against nasty protozoa (tick bite fever etc..), anti- histamine etc.etc.etc. the list goes on and on.

I have gotten one cold/flu in the last few years only, recently, and I got nailed for 2 to 3 days compared to everyone else that was man down for a week..I cannot recall my last viral attack before that, it was too long ago. I have lost count of the number of people I have told about this over the years that it has helped. How many diabetics helped, how many gotten off statins, autoimmune diseases cured from psoriasis to severe allergies, lupis disease..cancers..etc..Only thing is to watch the blood pressure as it clears the pipes and improves the heart function dramatically that if one has a low pressure to begin with, one must watch it carefully as the body adjusts. My cousin is type 1 diabetes if I am not mistaken, eye ops since she was a child and insulin many times a day etc..Diet and reishi was her ticket to leading a normal life..Have someone with Guillain–Barré syndrome which is where your immune system starts to attack the nerves and has led to paralysis in this individual, will start them on the reishi this week and see how it helps, pretty sure it will based on what I've seen in past with auto-immune diseases.

Ja diet and REISHI AND OTHER MEDICINAL mushrooms can help tremendously. I hope someone who needs these things reads this and actually makes the mission to get some and makes tea/tinctures and gets well. My mates mother, who I got onto these mushrooms, after two shoulder ops and in her 60's, still catching bigger, harder fighting gamefish from the rocks than most here have seen and post operations has won the SA Longboard champs beating gals more than a decade younger and has caught 200lb tunas no probs..so proof is in the pudding as they say, and also good diet and genes help haha
