not a translation but it states this:
"An old RSA Immigration requirement was implemented at the Komatipoort border affecting Mozambican and non-SA passport holders.

With immediate effect each adult passport holder must be able to physically show R3000 in cash OR a credit card with bank statement.

The reasoning behind this is to demonstrate that visitors will have the means to sustain themselves for the 30 day visa period. Regardless if the purpose of the visit is only for one day."

Yeah. Long queues, swearing... people not allowed to cross the border without producing the R3000 in cash or a recent bank statement....
