flying termites... yep they love them...

Catch yourself a lot in an icecream container....

Keep them in the fridge.  When you get to your spot, throw a few on the water and with that micro outfit of yours, take a tiny pice of cork, thread the lin thru and put a small hook into the termite so it floats between the rest... be ready....

The Kurper at Albert falls seem to love the caramel flavour little yellow carp baits(Little dry square things). My wife got one of 1.7kg a while back.

Yes those are them. Caught plenty Kurper on them.
Only thing with them is they always seem to bite back. so when you see the line coming in loosely just tighten up and you on.

tiny balls of brownbread , smallest Grubs you can find ,loads of fun fishing with a tiny jighead and small grubs ,you will be suprised what Bass you will catch not the one the carp/ Barble guys use , much smaller ones , you will have too look for them , look in a tackleshops bargian bin , you will find them there .

I have actually done lots of fishing for them , small Nr 0 Vibrax deadly .
And smarties , crush one and use small pieces , you can also do this with marsmellows /dog buscuits .

Get real now guys please, just now you going to say you don't eat fish anymore either.  This is a fishing forum!

Gareth, when I was a lighty for Kurpers nothing beat earthworms and brown bread kneaded (sp?) with good old sorghum beer.

you must look for jigheads thats weight is indicated in grams , really really small ones , or you could bend small flyhooks , use them just without the lead ..
