It was a proper croc caught on a 125gr stick bait on Damon's boat we never weighed it but it measured 150cm we geustimate 30+ kilo's

Also I'm dumbstruck by this.


Are the crocs we are catching 22 years old??? I thought they were fast growers.
I swear if this is the case I'll never take one again.

Different species jaen...

Our couta grows very fast... they can grow to 150 cm within 4-5 years... usually less but check their growth curve below

So you can carry on keeping them and making those U$1,000,000 kebabs! :hehe:

Well thinking about it... if by croc you mean a +50 Lb (+22.7 kg) couta it could be as old as +20 years

They grow fast when young and then it takes quite some time...
