Is there also an increase in jellyfish? I've seen quite a bit of reference to it in the last few years.

Thanks bud... So that would explain lots of the "noise" that we're hearing, though it's still not definitive... It only discusses the dodgy citations and assumptions by some scientists. Obviously someone has sampled the oceans and has empirical data. I'd like to know what the situation really is.Any idea what general influence the increase in cephalopods will have, other that reducing the price of calamari.
