I have enjoy this type of fish, and I often do it and have great fun especially of the rocks with the kids and as my crew will attest, often by accident off the boat as well. I do however have a concern and that is small hooks do big damage to small fish as they often end up swollowing the hook which leads to gill damage. How can I best avoid this while indulging in this activity and is it an environmentally sound practice?
Do they make really small circle hooks?
That's really cool Poenskop do you have a photo of how small these circles are. Would be cool to see one next to a matchbox so we can see how small they are.
