Got to add superglue and some pain pills to my first aid box.

Thought I was crazy to carry the firstaid kit around with me all the time.

Will defently have to see what has expires in it.And replace it.

You can also use them as a floating device in an emergency or put them over an open wound on your foot or hand to keep dirt out.  :hnthnt:

Aha , now we know why u fish alone , gives new meaning to the phrase Kumz is "scratching".... :rotfl ..... jokes aside i carry a small 1st aid kit as well , has the basic stuff + rennie's and choice of headache tabs. always add some odds and ends as the basic kits from Dischem/Outdoorwarehouse are quite basic .

Always have some Cataflam, anti septic ointment a few plasters and that water free hand sanitizer as sometimes you need to clean the wound, that stuff kills a lot of germs and river/dam water could have some nasty things in them.

Agree with Kumz on the rubber. they work great as a floating device and protector for a cell phone should the need be to go into deeper water.

Will ad Superglue to the kit. Thanks Reef

I do the same when out on the reefs. The problem is trying to explain to your girlfriend why exactly you need a box of condoms when going fishing. That's an interesting conversation/debate... :dunno: :creep:

Hi Mike pike

Staaldruppels is a product from Lennon, you can get it at Checkers,Pick n Pay and most pharmacy will have it. And it stops the bleeding on cuts real fast and even a bleeding nose, put some on a earbutt and into the nose and it stops the bleeding real fast.

Good one Ray another one for my first aid kit

it stops any bleeding one time shoe shine or if you really want to be fancy try red pepper or cayenne pepper... this works very well, but there is something just not right spicing up your own flesh:)
