Freshwater Tackle box, from conception, to construction

Right.
I'm going to build a tackle box for my Freshie / Papgooi stuff.
Thinking of three levels.
1/ On top, the working area where I keep only the current hook and bol stuff as well as the odd tool and lappies etc.
2/ In the middle.
A tool and terminal tackle drawer.
To keep the bulk of the :
Hooks
Sinkers,
Swivels,
Light sticks
etc
As well as pliers, knife, torch, needles etc.
3/ Bottom is bait box.
Mielies, floaties, dough, dips, sprays, powders etc.
The top shelf is a working surface, so what I need is taken from the tool and trace drawer as well as the bait drawer and used on top.
Any suggestions?

Here is my proposed tackle, tool and trace drawer,
It should give me enough space for the essentials at the water

Here's the bottom box, to hold all the bottle, baits, dips, powders etc.
There are a couple of drop in boxes to double stack over shorter containers if necessary.

Update & progress.
First - get all the spare 9mm plywood together
And then cut them down to size and sand
And then lay them out to check that you got them all.

I tarted with the main box, wood glueing all the joints and panel pins every 50mm.
Then, before you know it, done.
Another angle of the main box unit.

Thanks guys, but you know how it is, when at the water, more fishing, less finness
I couldn't wait, so I climbed into some other bloke with an online store's stock, just to see how it would look packed.
Poor guy, now he has to re-pack his shelves again.
I see that after fitting my cross divider, I still have some space left for a few more bottles and jars.
If only I could get a sponsor cause it looks real good.
