Hi RM,

I was browsing the Site & updating myself with usefull hints & tips also looking at old & new posts. I read yr post on Cast netting regulation to see if it holds any changes.
S.thing I need to find out ab recreational cast netting - Am I correct to say that in Cape rivers cast netting is allowed unlike KZN rivers ?
Is cast netting not permitted to the open sea only ? There may be double standards being applied by our authorities ?

Will be gr8 to hear from you on this , cause according to my knowledge/experience we are permitted to the open sea only, and a big NO-GO to cast-netting in any river.

Regards Ben
