Trailer disc hub

Hi guys. I am struggling to find a replacement split break disc hub for my trailer. I have tried burquip, alko and many others in jhb buy no one seems to have it.
When we built the trailer i remember having gotten the axle from burquip but i could be wrong. They say they dont have that size.
The bearing sizes are 30205 and 30208.


Can anyone assist?

I spoke to them when I was looking at a disc brake conversion and they mentioned that they stopped doing disc axles, as they are not homologated or some such thing. You may be in for a new axle or try and see if you can find parts at a spares shop that match or get a machine shop to turn the parts for you.

I did the same in that convert unbrake  hub to brake huh
Got the front disk of serie 80 landcruizer because of deeper dich.
Try master brake and clutch Andre 012 8043867. with dimensions and he will help.
Bearing size is of no use as different bearings are used on same axle
My axle was a mid 90 model.
Fitted a second axle with a disk from a nissan  safari to compensate for rim dish.
What trying to say is that normal 4 x 4 brake disk is compatible
Burquip is still making a disk brake axle. bought 2 for 15 inch tyres last year.
Only it was a rubbax axle. Quite expensive but worthwhile

Also heard looked into the LA Axle. I understand that they are based on HIACE disc brakes which are going end of life. Even so was quoted around 23k for that conversion, but by all accounts, very high quality.

Thanks for the replies guys. I managed to hook up with FAD axles who have exactly what i am looking for. Quoted me around R2400. They in Durban though so got to pay for transport.
In any event i am going to drill the holes bigger on this one and retap them to fit bigger bolts as the holes are stripped.
I will then keep this complete hub as a spare with the bearings in and greased for a quick change if necessary.
