please take a close up of the foam i like the idea of packing that foam in the hull so water can drain through if it does get into the hull

They were for passengers to get on and off, hull was used as a ferry in a past life. I am going to close them up when I do the gunnels

A lot of graft - Looking good  :corrct:
What will the deck height be in relation to the waterline?

Am not 100% sure as this will only be accurate once she is in the water with her motors etc. on. At a rough estimate about 280mm-300mm on the stern, the foredeck will be a bit more. I have angled the deck so all water will run aft and I will fit 6x50mm drains with scuppers, overdone I know but if she gets swamped I want it to run out fast. I also have no hatches in the floor so she will have excess buoyancy and nothing that holds water.

Yes it is very flexible, similar to a pool noodle but has a much higher shore hardness, if I remember the shore hardness is 55

We have glassed the underside of the floor panels before we fit them in permanently.

Update, Mike?
After all the work on Fat Girl last year and then the holiday season, I have just started thinking about this again.
