Looks like a juvenile of one of the barracuda species, difficult to tell which one when they are juveniles.

It had size teeth it looks like some kind of barra family i have seen them before where they swim on the surface scanning the bottom  :fshn:

My guess would be the Yellowstripe barracuda (Sphyraena chrysotaenia)
