Good braids for Spinning

Suffix 832 Braid is an 8 braid wound at 32 weaves per inch, it has 7 HDPE Dyneema threads and 1 Gore performance fibre thread.
Winding braid on a fishing reel would be bending it, and under high tension (Big Fish), so same as the ropes.
Plus you have the advantages of it not being affected by temperature, hydrophobic (water resistant), chemically inert and chemically resistant, saltwater and sun protection, consistent cross sectional shape for better knots.
Pretty awesome technology for a fishing braid.

Their own marketing material is not clear on that? But if it is then it IS the line to beat. They state HMPE for 832 and dyneema for others, confusing as dyneema is a HMPE, just the highest modulas. More confusing when every one else selling it says that it is 7 strand dyneema, but their own material does not say which it is just that they use the high modulas stuff which could be anything. But for the lines that are dyneema they do state it clearly..My own issue with the 832 not the 7 strand and it is quite thick and ropey and may not be the best caster, I have not had it fail on me on a fish..even when the gore fiber was perished so credit for that..

I quite like the performance pro braid of theirs too..but ja when last I bought braid, shudder at the prices when I look..

Ja, fishing tackle is crazy expensive, but that time you spend doing it is what it is all about
