Hi; Looking at doing a trip down to Mac Nicol's. Does any one have any info on the lounch site. Will someone lounch there or rather go to rocky or pennington

i know they do launch at Bazely beach, but I am unsure if it is a legal launch site, phone Macnicols and ask for Ian, he should be able to sort you out. Pennington can be a difficult launch, Park Rynie is normally an ok launch just depends on the sand and exposure of the bricks

Just got back from our break down there. My sons launch their Jetskis from Bazley but the shore break can be quite hectic. I've watched more than a few ski boats , rubber ducks and even an Aquaquad flip or smash into the trailer there. Umkomaas is my guys preferred launch site but If we are at the beach cottage they launch at Bazley. It is an official launch site. They gor Dorries and YFT.
