Morning Guys,
A VIP client of mine is looking for a couple of fishing guides/captains to join their crew and fleet. My client owns a couple super yachts, big sportsfishers and large center consoles. The position would be to run the center consoles and possibly be deckie on the sportsfishers. The position would also include managing tackle, fishing destinations, putting fishing trip plans together, researching fishing destinations, working with the clients head office for expenses/administration/operations and to ensure all equipment and boats are 100% operational.
The guys we looking for need to be young, presentable, discreet and have guiding, hospitality, offshore, skippering, offshore fishing, popping or saltwater fly fishing experience. The position would require the person have a good amount of hours skippering offshore, skippers ticket, STCW 95 and boat inboard or outboard engine knowledge along with understanding boat systems.
The position would be to possibly work in UAE, Oman, Seychelles, Maldives and Mediterranean. Most of the time would be based in UAE but then there could be travel to any of the destinations at short notice. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to step into the International fishing and super yacht industry, it will be a lot of hard work but the experience and possibilities are fantastic.
If you or anyone you know is interested please send me a CV, PM or email to nick@oceanactive.com
