Group of 6 done a trip to Southern Oman in Feb to target the Queenies, hopefully a few yellowfin and a few other species we could catch along the way. Queenfish and the rest obliged but the yellowfin weren't around yet.
Flights, self catering accommodation and vehicles were arranged by ourselves including a few nights on the beach.
We landed about 30 queenies between us, they had no preference for lures or colours BUT being lucky always helps.
Damn hard going without booze and bacon for a while.
