The PULLEY Rig

Here is a trace called the
PULLEY RIG
-
It enables one to clip a bait for a streamlined further cast, but without sacrificing the length of hook snoot. In regular clip-on rigs, the Hook snood needs to be shorter than the sinker snood; not so with the Pulley Rig. Once cast, the leader swivel will sink down onto the sinker swivel, leaving at least 1-1.5m of hook snood free.
This rig also keeps the hook line away from the sinker line, so no tangles.
