Title: Comrades road closure advice?

Hi there
 
I'm travelling to the south coast this weekend and realized that it's comrades this weekend.
 
What roads do they close for the comrades? Will i be affected travelling past PMB and Durbs or will the highway be business as usual?

Hi Viskop
The Comrades is not on the Highways you are using to the South Coast. Road may be busy but normally is there no seconding allowed for the mass athletes.
Enjoy the sea and catch nice fish.

HI Viskop,
 
We are also travelling down (for Comrades) this weekend and I expect the roads down to be a bit busy on Friday.
 
The race is on the old road between PMB and Durban, the only place where people will have issues in on the N3 right in town (Durban) and only until about 9 o'clock Sunday morning.
 
Sunday afternoon/evening it might be congested in and around PMB as every tries to get beack home or to their hotels.
