Title: Joining a Twisted Leader to braid with the Modified Cats Paw
Post by: REEFMAN on January 26, 2011, 01:40:11 PM
One of the easiest and most bullet-proof ways to join a Twisted Leader to a doubled loop in braid.

In this tut, we're using 100lb Berkley Whiplash joined to a 1.2mm 200lb Twisty (Suffix Zippy).

The best way to double the braid would be a Braid Stitch knot or a 40 turn Bimini twist, keeping the loop as small as 3" diameter.
