Title: Some Dec 2016 catches

Here are some of our Dec catches, the Kingie was caught from the side by my son on 20lb tackle with a small Penn coffee grinder and the fight lasted two hours, he was eventually assisted by a small boat that passed as he was about to be spooled, the fish was caught at Pelican island in Richards bay. It weighed in at 37.2kg

That is an unbelievable catch on 20lb. Well done to your son Jaun.

The dorado did you get on livebait or pulling lures?

Thx Reefman, Prego we were using small islanders rigged with stripbait to get those :clwn :dor:. Some were caught on pitch baits(sardines) as the followed the ones caught on the lures.
