All the chaps that do there own smoking of meats:"
Just bought and moved into the new house.
This is the thing by the braai area
A big old smoker that is going to be used a lot as soon as I can work out how it must work.
I made a fire in the bottom the wekend and I found that there is nearly no heat or smoke in the area where the meats must go.
Any body seen these old smokers and know how they work?
