Had a few bad batches of 5lb line (Think they were bad) where the line would snap under very little pressure, so now I dont fish any mono under 7lb, just more comfortable with it... Still .21 is very light  :hehe:

that web ref I PM'd you - the guys seem to use trout fishing tippet lines - because they come in varied breaking strains in the lower numbers

Looks great !
I have the 7ft Berkley Tactix and I love it.

Maxima ultra green comes in 4 and
6 lbs...

If you really want to go that small and micro fish go 4 lbs.

Nice Homes... I should probably do that, if I go less than 7lb mono, I would like to try some 2lb or 4lb braid, what do you think?

I vote Nano!!! You can get 8lb and will probably still be thinner. A bit pricey but worth it!!!

G,

no real point of braid. With a setup that light, it should be pretty sensitive...

Zoran,  :welc:

What knots do you use on that tiny diameter Nanofil?

Nice Mojsinjski, I have upgraded my outfit a lot, have 0.04 Nanofil on a little Foxx Rippa 500 now. It is really awesome. What leader line do you use? I use 5lb maxima or 6lb fluorocarbon, still a bit heavy, so would like to know what you would advise?

@REEFMAN (http://www.ultimateangling.co.za/index.php?action=profile;u=4)

This knot, is very trusty,,  NanoFil Knot for Attaching Tackle (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IvGuqm0ulOs#)

@WalkersKiller (http://www.ultimateangling.co.za/index.php?action=profile;u=286)

I never put a leader line, nanofill tie directly to snap.

Clear Mist, Fish does not see it, As for the fraying is very durable.

Nanofill use for several years, everything about him positively.

I apologize for my bad english.

I have a similar setup, I use Double X 1Kg line on it and it works very well and brilliant for casting
