Playing devils advocate here, so forgive me  :hehe:

You have had that boat for a long while now and only put on less than 200hrs ..........is it worth upgrading?

I had great fun building / annoying Dave in the process .   Also staying at the Salt Rock hotel .
Nothing wrong with the boat / motors .
I just get new everything ,  latest Garmin , and some more rod holders  / stainless fittings  ect.
As they say ,  This boat will be my last boat.  Ha Ha

Hi Basil,

I have gone from a 19 to a 24, no looking back. I run to 140 Suzuki's and there is more than enough power, I run around 3 hours on two cans. Remember your buoyancy on these longer boats are better so your boats sits high out of the water (which improves fuel consumption)and also they run beautifully on the chop - soft ride.

Cheers

I can vouch for Basil's boat - its in mint condition and clearly lightly used!  It will be a good buy.

Stunning boat.
A bad days fishing is better than sitting at home.

Did the 200 hour service before boat was put into storage shed at Knysna Yamaha
Got them to give it a clean and flush this week and fit a new Deckwash pump which
i got from Italy.
Anyone who is interested can get a price from Tom cat.  750
Will take a 200 knock
