Spinning rod for Cape Point

First post here.


I am looking to get a spinning rod to use at Cape Point. From what I can find, the Shimano Exage 10ft heavy rod seems to be the gold standard, but these dont seem to be readily available anymore.


Any recommendations for a similar readily available rod?

Of course any recommendations on a reel to match would also be appreciated.
