Quick trip back to R Bay to fish with good friend Deon Auby and what a great weekend we had. Caught a blue every day(450,400,350) making it 26 for the season going 3-3 with 100% hookup and reaching 300 for RMC at the same time. Always easier when you see the good water is there and you go when you have a good idea it will be on and the weather is great. Richards Bay is a world class fishery for sure.
2 Blues t/r for D Auby

Blue t/r for Joni Woest

We got a beautiful  big Blue at Vidal while fishing the Cape Vidal Top 10 competition last week ( estimated around the 200-220kg/450lbs mark).
I got it on a Ilander Express( Bleeding Dorado colour) with belly-shine strip  on 50lbs stand-up.

Safely released and swam away strong after a fight of 1h40mins
Only dead fish go with the flow...
