Best way is to do a Bimini Twist in the mainline, then join the Bimini to the Leader with a Double Fig 8 knot.

Quick question . on the Bimni tutorial the text/drawngs use a pull through loop to finish off while your video shows half hitches to finish off. Which is preferable for surf casting. your video looks easier to do at a pinch...

The text drawings are from Geoff Wilson's book. I prefer to finish the knot exactly as we do it in the Video.
